Ithmid kohl/surma. product of Saudi Arabia. Ithmid Khol Surama from Al-Medina is delivered in powder form. If desired, the powder can also be mixed with water - preferably zamzam water. Due to its cleansing effect it can lead to a slight burning and tear of the eyes after the application. This is a natural reaction that cleans the eye through tears. Thus NO allergic reaction.
